Global Receivables Solutions - Insulted by multiple employees
I was told "i don't see how you got that in your head!" by simply asking a question and same call by same supervisor wow really $150 isn't that much to "me" (said supervisor) not knowing my circumstances. Also I have had to put myself on a Do Not call with them one day I had 33 calls.
Every since I have been with them I put my account on a payment plan and still get harassed. Also when you call in you speak with 3 different representatives before you get one that states they can actually help you after having to verify your information with the other representatives guess what you have to do it again.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
